Balancer/Buffer

I have had requests for buffer units to go between "finicky" units in a chain at times, but never did one- until this happened (link)

The next time I had a request, I accepted it and did a board that can function as a buffer, but also a powered in-output section to use when racking up unbalanced gear, channel strips, or working on prototype ideas.
